The current and future content within this website is the result of over four years of research and ongoing study, as well as more than 25 years of hands-on consulting lead by “Futurist Leaders” and “Traditionalist Leaders” like YOU!
Input and guidance from those in their 20s, 30s, and 40s headed the “Futurist Leaders” initiative to develop, analyze, and refine relevant and valuable topics that address the aspirations and challenges this group faces in an ever-changing and uncertain domestic and global business climate.
Perspectives and experience from those in their 50s, 60s, and 70s lead the “Traditionalist Leaders” initiative to identify, explore, and discuss critical financial and functional business issues facing the current and future success of organizations competing in a demanding and rapidly changing global market.
Together YOU, our “Futurist Leaders” and “Traditionalist Leaders,” have constructed a highly interactive forum in which to explore the interactive dynamics and opportunities for mutual success that exists among these two generational perspectives.
