Surprised to see the results of the latest poll? So were we! The question posed asked how often leaders focus on the people dynamics vs. the financials when managing organizational change. An overwhelming majority (61%) weighed in that leaders within their organizations never focus on the people dynamics. As the results started to roll in, we decided to let the poll sit on the site longer to “even out,” but the same answer was driving the results and they speak for themselves: leaders tend to focus on the financials when managing organizational change.
We’ll provide a more in-depth analysis of these surprising (and disconcerting) findings in the coming weeks, but until then take our next poll or email Bob directly to discuss the situation and solutions moving forward.
